Is Designed to function as a gifted program with the student remaining in their current school. Parents choose which subject (s) they wish to accelerate, and the student takes those classes at Dominion Prep moving ahead of their peers. Because Dominion Prep is fully accredited, with high scores, by Cognia-AdvancED-SACS, the law in the United States and many developed countries requires public schools to accept these credits. Reputable private schools also accept these credits. Students should not have to retake these classes at their current school. If your school has an issue with these credits – please email info@dominionprep.org to resolve the issue.

Gifted program classes accelerated subjects include:

  • Math Acceleration Students who are 11 years old may start with Intro to Algebra (M-7) and complete the six standard (two semester) math classes in as little as three calendar years cumulating in Calculus (M-12) at age 14. We recommend and expect most students to complete these classes is four years at 15 to 16 years old. Even accelerated students need a semester off now and again.
  • Other Acceleration Pathways can be built around subjects such as Social Sciences, Business, Leadership, Art and Design and the Law.

  • Science Acceleration uses a wider variety of science studies than state requirements with high levels of subject matter while still in high school. In addition to Biology (S-8) , and Chemistry (S-10), Dominion Prep Science includes: Earth Science, Geology, Astronomy (S-7), Physics 1, Newtonian and Energy (S-9), Physics 2 Quantum & String Theory (S-12). Many of our students follow up with classes like college biology, college organic chemistry, and college gross anatomy before they graduate from high school.
  • Accelerated pathways may also include college course work on college campuses and internships. The Programs Foundation

As a supplemental program you may keep your current school, current classes, or substitute for a current school course.

  • Our Founder has made his life’s work improving your student’s future. While he has a fantasy that each student could be a success and launch rockets, create new cars, build new markets, possibly cure cancer – or maybe even make governments work properly – that is unrealistic. And not everyone can, or desires to, graduate from an advanced high school.
  • But every loving parent wants their children to have the tools and experiences to live a successful, happy, and loving life. And our Founder wanted that for every child also. This is what the Dominion Prep Programs are about. No school can be everything to their student, but Dominion Prep is happy to help you without the risks normally associated with a school move or other offering.
  • Dominion Prep is building a library of advanced courses, currently over fifty, that will make students fully achieving responsible young adults. Real men and women who know how to make things happen and take control of their futures. Dominion Prep will continue to add to these courses and take suggestions from you – Our People who love their children and want to build the future.
  • This program is supported by interesting teachers who want to interact with students in a Face-to-Face small class manner to make sure students are mastering the material. These are not lectures but real time interactive discussions and activities that bring forth new insights, skills, and understandings. This also crates new friends. The remote methodology saves travel time, does not require you to leave your current school, and allows a greater range of teachers and students to participate. It is also safer than in-person school programs.
