Mr. Randall Reiners is Chairman, Founder and President of R Holdings, Inc. the creator and owner of
the Yorktown Education and Dominion Prep school systems since 2004. Before 2014, his majority
stock ownership was transferred to a Charitable Trust to ensure the continuation of the schools, much
like Harvard University.
Before he entered education, his 20 years of senior management experience in business includes well
know firms like AutoZone, Tempur-Pedic, and IPIX (which all completed initial public offerings)
along with many startups and other companies.
His roles have included Member of the Board of Directors, CEO, SVP, CFO, VP of Finance, and head
of strategic planning at a large multinational corporation. Combined these firms have created over
100,000 new jobs and $50 billion in new equity value.
Current or past memberships on Boards of Directors include, R Holdings, Inc., Tempur-Pedic, The
Professional Directors Institute, and the Kellogg Business School Alumni Board (DFW), among
others.
Mr. Reiners has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (Dean’s
list and graduated in one year) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Missouri
(Honors degree, top ten student award). He studied Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University
(Dean’s list) with 54 credit hours earned in his freshman year while a NCAA varsity athlete training
for the 1980 Olympic games – our team finished second in the NCAA championships.
